These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Numia, a product of Evervolve Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17141654), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Camden, London WC2H 9JQ. By creating an account or using Numia, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Numia is a voice-first learning tool for practising times tables and related skills. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise your use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Free trial
New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, you will need an active subscription to continue using paid features.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider, in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.
- Don't share your account credentials or resell access.
- Don't use Numia for unlawful purposes.
Voice features
Voice recognition and narration are provided via third parties and depend on your device, microphone, and connection. Accuracy is not guaranteed, and a typed-input alternative is always available.
Intellectual property
Numia, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by Evervolve Ltd and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own learning.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evervolve Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
